Eyeglasses and Sunglasses Discounts for Military & Veterans
If you need to wear glasses, or just love your sunglasses, you will also want to find a place to buy them with a military discount. The good news is, there are quite a few companies to choose from. Here is a list of places to get a military discount on your eyeglasses and sunglasses.
AFEeyewear.com is now a part of FrameDirect.com and offers Military Discount Sunglasses by Ray-Ban and Oakley Military Discount Sunglasses. They offer discounts to military retirees, reservists, and veterans. They also offer free standard shipping, and exclusive pricing and you can find eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses at their store.
AC Lens has eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contacts. They offer a 10% military discount with any size transaction. Their discount is for active duty, retirees, or reserve military personnel as well as active Veterans Advantage cardholders. The discount is not eligible on some products and you would use a code online or over the phone.
Through EyeBuyDirect you can find eyeglasses and sunglasses. They have a veteran discount of 20% off with a code. This discount is good for all eyeglasses frames and lenses.
They do not currently appear to have a military discount.
At Eyeconic, you can find eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. They offer a 10% off military discount for active duty and retired military personnel, as well as veterans. Unfortunately, they cannot ship to an APO/FPO. You would add a promo code at checkout.
Eyemart Express offers eyeglasses and sunglasses. They have a military discount of 20% off for retired, active, and non-active military, veterans, and dependents. They are also the exclusive eyewear provider of the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization. VFW members and their families have access to additional benefits at Eyemart Express with a valid membership card. You would need to show your military ID. The discount can be used on their 2-pair special and applies to their optical eyewear and sunglasses.
At Gatorz Eyewear you can find sunglasses in a larger size, which is the preferred style of military and law enforcement personnel. They have a discount code for active, retired, and veteran military members. You must be verified and then you will receive a discount code. You can not use it on prescription or lens replacement orders. It also can’t be combined with any other discounts or offers on pre-orders or certain limited-edition products.
At GlassesUSA.com you can find eyeglasses and sunglasses. They have exclusive military discounts for Brad’s Deals. You can receive 55% off and free shipping with a code. The discount is off of frames with basic RX lenses and not eligible for premium tagged frames, marked-down items, and contact lenses. Single-vision value lens packages are included.
At Oakley, you can find sunglasses. They have a program called, Oakley Standard Issue. In order to use this, you would need to verify your military status. With the program, they offer ballistic-rated and uniform-approved eye protection, elite product releases unavailable to civilians, free membership, and savings between 30-70%. You would need to verify with ID.me.
You should be able to find a great discount the next time you need to buy some glasses.
At Provengo they have sunglasses, accessories, and ski goggles. They offer 20-60% off of MSRP pricing, free shipping over $250, promotions every month, and no sales tax outside of New York. This is for active duty, retired, and veterans of the US federal, state, and city government. If you have a valid government-issued email address, the discount will be automatically applied. You can also show other credentials if you don’t have a government email.
At SmartBuyGlasses, you can find sunglasses, eyeglasses, and contact lenses. They have a 10% military discount on all of their products. You would need to verify your military status and then you will be emailed the discount code.
At Sunglass Hut, you can use their 15% military discount that they offer to active duty, retirees, veterans, military spouses, and military family members. You would need to verify with ID.me on the cart page. You can’t combine it with other promotional codes and some brands are excluded.
You can find Vista Optical in select Military Exchanges. This isn’t exactly a military discount but they do have a $4.98 frame section as well as contact lenses and sunglasses. You would need to be eligible to shop at the Exchange.
At Zenni Optical, you can find eyeglasses and sunglasses for men, women, and kids. They offer a 10% off military discount to active duty military, veterans, reservists, and military spouses. You can use the 10% off on all of your purchases. You would just need to click on the military/first responder link in the shopping cart to get verified by ID.me. It can’t be combined with other offers.
