About Ruby Tuesday
Ruby Tuesday was started by Sandy Beall who took the name from the Rolling Stones song. The first was opened in 1972, close to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. By 1985 they had 35 locations and as of 2021, they had 209 restaurants. Their headquarters are in Maryville, TN.
