Visiting a water park for a day trip or longer stay is a great way for families to spend time together. Whether you are visiting on a warm summer day or going to an indoor water park in the middle of winter, you can save a little money using military discounts. Here are a few water parks that offer them.

Aquatica
Located in Orlando, FL, Aquatica takes part in the Waves of Honor Active Duty Military Promotion. The park has slides and pools, fun for the kids, and a dolphin close-up tour.
With Waves of Honor, active-duty military personnel, activated or drilling reservists, or National Guard members will receive one complimentary admission per year to Sea World, Busch Gardens, Sesame Place, Aquatica, or Discovery Cove, plus tickets for up to three dependents. Get verified with GovX and show your ID at the park.
Aquatica Orlando also adds a new Military Silver Annual Pass for active-duty service members and their families. Through the discounted pass, you get unlimited admission for 12 months with no blockout dates, plus access to popular in-park events. Active-duty members can purchase up to six passes, but you’ll need to verify your status through ID.me.
Spouses need to log in through the service member’s account to access dependent tickets. The pass includes three free guest tickets, up to 20% in-park discounts, and additional perks.

Beach Park Waterpark
Beach Park Waterpark is on South Padre Island in Texas, off the Gulf of Mexico. You can find a variety of water rides, including the Sand Castle Cove and Wizard’s Waterways. At press time, the Beach Park official site notes, “We offer a $10 military discount for tickets purchased at the gate, with a valid military ID.”
American Dream / Dreamworks Water Park
Military members and veterans can purchase up to 4 full-price all-access passes to the Dreamworks Water Park at a 15% military discount. This offer can’t be combined with other promotions or discounted tickets, and a valid military ID must be shown in person to receive the discount.
Enchanted Forest Water Safari
At the Enchanted Forest Water Safari in Old Forge, NY, you can find water rides, amusement rides, arcade and games, and more. Water’s Edge Inn and Old Forge Camping Resort offer a 10% military discount on accommodations, including weekends, available year-round. A valid military ID must be shown at check-in.
At Enchanted Forest Water Safari, active or retired military members can show their ID at the gate to receive the child’s admission rate for up to four adults, with additional discounted tickets sometimes available on base at the Ft. Drum Recreation Center. Over at Calypso’s Cove, military guests can get 10% off the purchase of an unlimited attractions wristband.

Great Wolf Lodge
Great Wolf Resorts is a chain of indoor waterparks with over 19 locations nationwide. Each resort has a water park, featured restaurants, arcades, spas, and children’s activities. They offer military discounts, which in past promotions included 40% off. Show your military ID at the resort upon checkout.
Seabreeze Amusement Park
Seabreeze Amusement Park in Rochester, NY, has a lazy river, a wave pool, thrill rides, and more. Active-duty military and veterans receive free admission every day of the season. Show your military ID at the gate or use the promo code you receive at the official site.
Six Flags
Six Flags, an amusement park with many locations, offers a military discount on daily admission for active-duty and retired military members. You can find Six Flags military discounts at a variety of locations when you register with ID.me.
Splash Lagoon
Splash Lagoon is an indoor water park resort in Erie, PA, with attractions such as the Flowrider, slides, pools, and more. They offer a 25% Hero Discount on tickets for military members. You must show your ID to get the discount when entering the park.
Splashway Waterpark and Campground
Splashway Waterpark & Campground offers year-round military discounts for active-duty members, veterans, and their immediate families. With a valid military ID shown onsite, guests can save 10% on any campsite.
There are also savings on full-priced family season passes. On top of that, Military Mondays during waterpark season offer even deeper savings, with a further discount on admission tickets for service members and their families.
