Cox Communications is said to be the 3rd largest cable provider. Cox offers a $25 bill credit as a military discount for each service you buy including TV, internet, and phone service.
DISH Network

Qualifying verified service members can get 25% off any Paramount+ plan “for the life of the subscription”after visiting here to verify or set up a SheerID account.
Disney+
