Waves of Honor: Discount for Military to Sea World Parks
SeaWorld Parks has long supported the military by offering discounts and free admission to any one of its parks across the country. With the Waves of Honor program, veterans and active military can save with offers at SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Antonio, SeaWorld San Diego, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
What is the Waves of Honor Military Discount?
For Active military, National Guard, and Reserve, there is free admission or discounted admission for a limited number of visits each year.
Are Veterans Eligible for the Waves of Honor Program?
Yes, however, the offer is different for veterans and retirees, depending on the park. In some cases, the discount is not specified.

Verification Required
Military members and their dependents must have a valid military I.D. to apply for the discount. Verification will be confirmed through GovX.
Some Restrictions May Apply
As with any program, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment can terminate the program or use blackout dates. The Waves of Honor Website has different promotions for Active Duty Members and Veterans, so make sure to sign-up for the correct promotion.
Waves of Honor Program History
Since 2005, Anheuser-Busch has offered free admission to SeaWorld Orlando, Tampa’s Bush Gardens, and other Busch Theme Parks through their Heroes Salute program. In 2013, Heroes Salute changed to the SeaWorld Parks Waves of Honor Program. Anheuser-Busch hasn’t owned the theme parks since 2009, but they have maintained their dedication to the military by providing free admission on a single-day ticket each year for those in the military community to enjoy.
