Every year, Major League Baseball (MLB) honors our men and women in uniform who serve or have given their lives to the service of our nation by offering discounted tickets to current and former military members and their families.
MLB and all 30 of its clubs support programs for active military personnel, veterans, and their families through discounts, fundraising, and on field recognition ceremonies.
Of all the clubs in the MLB, the following are highlighted for offering discounts directly on their websites. Check out these discounts:
Arizona Diamondbacks
The Diamondbacks have partnered with GovX to offer special pricing on game tickets. By verifying your military status via GovX, you can take advantage of these discounts during EVERY game of the season.

Atlanta Braves
The Braves offer military discounts on tickets in the Diamond Corner, Lexus Infield, Terrace Infield, Home Run Porch, and Grandstand Reserved seating locations. The tickets are also available at the Truist Park ticket window during the regular season with a valid ID.

The Orioles honor active duty, reserve, veteran, and retired military personnel with a military discount on select seating locations for Orioles home games through GovX.

The Cleveland Guardians have partnered with GovX to offer members of the military, including active duty, retired, reserves, and veterans, a discount on tickets to home games.

Colorado Rockies
The Colorado Rockies have partnered with GovX to offer active duty, retired, reserve, and veterans discounted tickets to all regular season games at Coors Field. You would verify with GovX and have a limit of 16 tickets in most seating areas.

The Detroit Tigers have exclusive pricing on game tickets through GovX.

Houston Astros
Members of the Military and First Responders are able to purchase discounted tickets to the Houston Astros home games. These deals are only available online as verification of military service is required. This discount is not available at the stadium box office.

As the first professional sports team to have a Military Affairs department, the San Diego Padres have been supporting our troops since 1995. In 2009, the team joined forces with USAA to bring discounts and numerous support programs to our nation’s military.

Seattle Mariners
The Mariners offer active-duty military, retired, reserves, and veterans 10% off select Main, Terrace, and View-level seats for all Mariners regular-season games, except opening day. You would need to show a valid military ID when purchasing at the box office.
