Home Depot

Home Depot gives military members 10 percent off eligible purchases both in-store and online. The discount applies to most full-price items, including décor staples like lighting, rugs, shelving, and storage, along with some outdoor furniture and garden gear. It doesn’t cover appliances, installation services, gift cards, or lumber, and it caps at $400 in savings per year.

Lowe’s

Lowe’s also offers a 10 percent military discount, but theirs comes with fewer strings attached. Once you verify through ID.me and link it to your MyLowe’s account, you’ll get the discount both online and in-store, without a yearly cap. It works on full-priced items like patio furniture, décor, and even some small tools. It won’t stack with other promos, but it’s active year-round and easy to apply.

Ashley Furniture

Ashley gives military members 5 percent off online orders after verifying through SheerID. The discount works on indoor and outdoor furniture—everything from dining sets and sofas to patio sectionals and bedroom pieces. It doesn’t apply in stores, but the online inventory is extensive and often includes free delivery options.
