Quiksilver started in 1969 in Torquay, Australia, and is now based in Huntington Beach, CA. In 1990 they launched a sister brand called, Roxy. The company was renamed Boardriders in 2017 and they own the different companies, Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC Shoes. Their headquarters are in Huntington Beach, CA.
