Military Discounts for Subscriptions and Lifestyle Boxes

Finding a legitimate military discount on a subscription box can be a headache. You’ll find plenty of lists online, but half the codes are expired, and others are often just bait. But not all! From high-protein meal kits and tactical gear to veteran-owned coffee roasters, the following subscription services offer solid discounts on every delivery.

Specialized Gear and Lifestyle Boxes

BarkBox

Pet lovers get $10 off their first BarkBox, or $14 off for the Super Chewer Box by contacting their Ambassadors when you order.

ShieldBox

While we don’t have an exact discount amount on the monthly tactical and LEO gear boxes offered by ShieldBox, you’ll get exclusive GovX community pricing once you sign up.

MedicBox

You can save up to 30 percent on your MedicBox subscription by verifying your identity through GovX.

Troopster

While not a discount in the true sense of the word, veteran-owned and operated Troopster offers free care packages with no-cost shipping to APO/FPO through its non-profit charity.

Grooming and Hygiene

Bevel

Service members get 15 percent off Bevel’s Shave Kit subscription when they use the code MilitaryFam15 at checkout.

Dr. Squatch

Military personnel get 10 percent off one-time purchases, first-time subscriptions, and renewals of personal care products.

Johnny Slicks

Service members get a continuous 15 percent off the entire store, including organic grooming subscriptions.

Meal Kits and Food

HelloFresh

Military members get 55 percent off their first HelloFresh box, then 15 percent off every box for up to 51 weeks. The company covers shipping on that first box, too, but you’ll have to pay for delivery on the rest. Just a heads-up that the discount doesn’t apply to premium meals, add-ons, or upgrades, and you can’t stack it with other promos or gift cards.

EveryPlate

EveryPlate hits your wallet with an even greater discount: you get 75 percent off that first box, and the company covers shipping to your door. After that, you’ll get 15 percent off every box for the next 51 weeks.

Factor Meals

Factor Meals offers the same discount as HelloFresh—you get 55 percent off the first box, then 15 percent off every box for the remainder of the year. The same restrictions apply.

Home Chef

Home Chef offers 50 percent off your first box (up to $60) and 10 percent off all future orders.

Green Chef

Green Chef offers 55-65% off your first box and 15% off your next year when you verify via GovX.

Marley Spoon

Service members get up to $260 off through their first five orders when they sign up via ID.me.

Blue Apron

You’ll need at least $65 of items in your cart (before taxes) to trigger this deal, and the most you can save per box is $25. It’s strictly for first-time customers and covers your first two orders through their site or app. Just a heads-up that it’s one per person.

Arial Supply Coffee

ARC’s subscription program, the 1st Caffeine Regiment, offers between 15 and 20 percent off your next order.

Alpha Coffee

Service members get 10 percent off every order, which stacks with their 10 percent subscription discount for a total of 20 percent off.

LifeAid

All verified military members and their families can get 20 percent off subscription orders and 10 percent off one-time orders after verifying with ID.me.
