Six Flags does offer military discounts based on location. Some give discount tickets and/or free tickets on Memorial Day or the 4th of July. Check with your local Six Flags.

You would buy your ticket through MWR, online, or through Veterans Advantage. Some might allow you to purchase at the gate with a military ID.
