What is Target Circle?
Target Circle is a loyalty program offered when you create a Target.com account. The loyalty program is also accessible via the Target app on Apple and Android devices. Membership in this loyalty program may come with extra bonus offers not available to shoppers who aren’t Target Circle members.
How To Sign Up for the Target 10% Military Discount
You must first have a Target.com account. Once you have created an account, you are asked to submit military ID to verify your identity. Once verified you’ll be given access to your 10% discount plus other recommendations and offers. You can shop exclusive Target Circle offers in a variety of categories including clothing, baby, household goods, and Target Circle Deals.
