About E-Z Up
E-Z Up started when Mark Carter realized he was missing parts of his team’s piece-together canopy during a weekend boat race. He then came up with the idea of a portable pop-up shelter with no loose parts. He soon built and invented the first Instant Shelter in 1983 in Southern California. E-Z Up was born and Mark partnered with a friend, Brad Smith.
The company now serves over 100 countries. Companies are also able to use digital printing on the fabrics. E-Z Up has changed its design over the years and continues to grow. Their headquarters are in Norco, CA.
