Sun Outdoors is the owner and operator of more than 175 resorts and campgrounds across the US and Canada. They have a 20% military discount.
What is the discount?
The Sun Outdoors military discount is for 20% off select RV sites, tent sites, and vacation rentals at 135 participating resorts. The discount is excluded from resorts in Florida and Alabama from January through March. It also excludes select Jellystone Park locations and all KOA resorts.
Who’s Eligible?
Active duty military and veterans qualify for this military discount.
How Do You Get the Discount?
You would use a promo code when you book, then show proof of your military service when you are checking in.

Sun Outdoors is owned by its parent company, Sun Communities. Sun Communities was started in 1975. Sun Outdoors started out as Sun RV Resorts in 1996, which was changed to Sun Outdoors in 2021. In 2020, the company bought Safe Harbors Marinas. Sun Outdoors is located in 28 US states as well as Ontario in Canada.
