Taos Ski Valley offers a military discount on passes, where you can get a Value Season Pass for $975, or other types of season passes. They also have discounts on daily lift tickets. In January they have a “Not Forgotten Outreach Week” where they offer military discounts on tickets and lodging. 

Who’s Eligible?

Active duty, gold star families, veterans, and any family members with a military ID are eligible for this discount.

About Taos Ski Valley

In the 1800s, present-day Taos Ski Valley was the site of a small copper mining town called Twining, NM, but then later abandoned. Taos Ski Valley was founded in 1955 by Ernie and Rhoda Blake. The first ski lift was installed in 1956, and the 2nd in 1957. In 2013, it was purchased from the Blake family by Louis Bacon. They have 110 runs and their headquarters are in Taos Ski Valley, NM.
